We stand with those affected by the invasion of Ukraine. We condemn the acts of violence and are deeply saddened by the escalating humanitarian crisis. When our freedoms and right to self-determination are jeopardized, we must come together to take action.

In line with Workday's values, we are focused on supporting the safety and wellbeing of our workforce and our communities. As the devastation continues, we will provide $500,000 in cash support with a $250,000 donation and $250,000 match in employee contributions. These donations will go to organizations focused on providing humanitarian and medical aid as well as organizations supporting people in Ukraine, including the US Association for UNHCR, UNICEF USA, International Medical Corps, and RAZOM, Inc. In addition, we will be providing a stipend to any employee who is opening up their home to refugees from Ukraine.

In terms of our involvement in the region, Workday does not currently sell its products or services in Russia and we have no plans to do so. And while we do not have any full time employees in Russia or Ukraine, we do have a contingent workforce in Ukraine that we're continuing to support.

With employee safety being a universal priority for all businesses, we have made available a free packaged solution to Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) customers needing to conduct safety and wellbeing checks in Ukraine or nearby areas of concern. The solution allows customers to identify employees located in customer-designated areas, check-in via a mobile-enabled survey to determine their safety and wellbeing, and collect new contact information if they have been displaced. For more information on the solution, please visit the Crisis Check-In Packaged Solution page in Community (customer login required).

As we've long said, people are at the center of all we do and consistent with our values, we must do what's right. We stand in solidarity with those impacted by the crisis in Ukraine.
