LAPSING OF OPTIONS UNDER EXECUTIVE SHARE OPTION PLAN

As a result of staff movements during the period 7 January 2014 to 22 May 2014, the following options issued by the Company under the Executive Share Option Plan have lapsed:

PACKAGE OPTIONS LAPSED Package 6 (granted 30 June 2009 with an expiry date of 31 December 2014): 107,000 Package 7 (granted 3 September 2010 with an expiry date of 31 December 2015): 22,500 Package 9 (granted 3 October 2011 with an expiry date of 31 December 2016): 39,000 Package 10 (granted 3 December 2012) with an expiry date of 31 December 2019): 16,300 TOTAL: 184,400

The total number of unlisted options at 23 May 2014 is 2,825,762.
