Jon Steel to Step Down as Director of WPP AUNZ Limited, Effective 18 December 2018

WPP AUNZ Limited announces that Jon Steel will step down as a Director of the company Board with effect from 18 December 2018. As advised to the market on 6 July 2018, Jon is a nominee Director of WPP AUNZ's major shareholder WPP plc and he will be retiring from executive life and his role as Group Planning Director of WPP plc with effect from 31 December 2018.
