Skylab Apps Inc. entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire Pandora Venture Capital Corporation from WRIT Media Group, Inc. (OTCPK:WRIT) on April 26, 2017. Under the terms of share exchange agreement, Skylab Apps will sell all of the outstanding common shares, equal to 31.7 million shares to Pandora in exchange for 95% of the common shares of Pandora and 100% of the preferred shares of Pandora. After the completion of the transaction, Dean Grey founded Skylab Apps acts as its President and Chief Executive Officer and serves as the sole member of the Board of Directors of Pandora Venture.
