WT Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (TWSE:3036) acquired remaining 0.09% stake in NuVision Technology, Inc. for TWD 0.72 million on March 31, 2023. The consideration for each common share of NuVision acquired by WT is TWD 70 in cash, for 10,293 NuVision common shares., and the total acquisition amount is TWD 0.72 million. The transaction will be sourced from WT's own funds. The record date of the share exchange is March 31, 2023. After the completion of the share exchange, NuVision will become a 100% owned subsidiary of WT. Wu, Yu-Chi of Jiann Tuoh & CO., C.P.A. acted as an accountant to WT in the transaction.
