Wuxi Dacheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 18,000,000 in an equity round of funding on July 31, 2020. The transaction will involve participation from new investors, Wuxi Acryl Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603722), Wuxi Jincheng Venture Capital Co., Ltd, and Wuxi Honghui New Material Technology Co., Ltd each for CNY 6,000,000 and 6% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the ninth meeting of the third board of directors and the ninth meeting of the third board of supervisors of Wuxi Acryl Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603722).
Wuxi Acryl Technology Co.,Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sale of polyether amine, optical grade polymer materials, special epoxy resin and other new chemical products. The Company's main products include polyether amine, optical grade polymer resin, modified epoxy resin, acrylic resin and polyester resin.
