Siensol Environment Protection Industry Group Co.,Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire an additional 9.19% stake in Wuxi Xuelang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300385) from Yang Jianping, Xu Huifen, and Yang Jianlin for approximately CNY 290 million on July 17, 2020. As per terms, Siensol Environment Protection Industry Group will acquire additional 30.6 million shares at CNY 9.40 per share and will increase its stake in Wuxi Xuelang Environmental Technology from 20.67% to 29.86%. In the transaction, Yang Jianping , Xu Huifen, and Yang Jianlin will sell 24.4 million, 4.7 million and 1.5 million shares respectively and post-completion, will hold 22%, 24.2% and 1.4% stake respectively in Wuxi Xuelang Environmental Technology.
WUXI XUELANG ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, system integration and sales of flue gas purification and ash processing system equipment. The Company's main products include waste incineration flue gas treatment system, iron and steel metallurgical dust removal system, ash resource recycling equipment, denitration system, fly ash integrated curing treatment system and sludge drying incineration system. The Company mainly operates its business in domestic market.
