X-FAB Silicon Foundries SE (ENXTPA:XFAB) entered into Share Transfer Agreement to acquire 100% of the capital shares in M-MOS Semiconductor Hong Kong Limited from Xtrion N.V. for ?22.5 million on December 21, 2023. In 2022, M-MOS reported revenue of USD 32.0 million (?29.94 million).
