X2M Connect Limited entered into a binding agreement with new investor Black Rock Mining Limited for issuance of 32,258,065 common shares at a price of $0.0403 per share for gross proceeds of $1,300,000.0195 on January 29, 2024. The transaction is expected to be completed by January 31, 2024. Post closing, the investor will own approximately 11% stake in the company.
As part of the transaction, Black Rock Mining Limited will join the board of directors of the company.
