Xiamen Hexing Packaging Printing Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002228) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 100 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 5.69 per share. The repurchases will be funded using company's own funds. The repurchased shares will be used for the implementation of employee stock ownership plans or equity incentive plan, otherwise will be cancelled thereby reducing the registered capital. The program will be valid till earlier of 12 months, or when the repurchase reaches the maximum limit, unless terminated by the Board earlier.
On July 7, 2021, the company announced that it has adjusted the repurchase price from CNY 5.69 to CNY 5.59 per share.
Xiamen Hexing Packaging Printing Co., Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in research, development, design, manufacture, sales and services of corrugated cartons, cardboards and buffer packaging materials. The Company's major products include high and mid grade corrugated cases and corrugated boards, colorful boxes, books and magazines, as well as cushion packaging materials, including extruded polyethylene (EPE) materials, honeycomb products and pulp molding products, among others. The Companyâs products are applied in packaging of electronic products, household electrical appliances and food, among others. The Company distributes its products mainly in domestic market.
