Xiamen Hexing Packaging Printing Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002228) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 100 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 4.89 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for the implementation of employee stock ownership plans or equity incentive plan. The program will be valid till earlier of 12 months.
On July 12, 2023, the company amended its share repurchase program. The shares will be repurchased at a price not exceeding CNY 4.77 per share.
Xiamen Hexing Packaging Printing Co., Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in research, development, design, manufacture, sales and services of corrugated cartons, cardboards and buffer packaging materials. The Company's major products include high and mid grade corrugated cases and corrugated boards, colorful boxes, books and magazines, as well as cushion packaging materials, including extruded polyethylene (EPE) materials, honeycomb products and pulp molding products, among others. The Companyâs products are applied in packaging of electronic products, household electrical appliances and food, among others. The Company distributes its products mainly in domestic market.
