Xin Hee Co., Ltd. (SZSE:003016) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than 10,000,000 shares at a repurchase price of not more than CNY 14.80 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for ESOP or equity incentives. The program will be funded from company's own funds. The program will be valid for a period of 12 months.
on June 7, 2022, the company announced that it has adjusted its repurchase price from CNY 14.80 per share to CNY 14.21 per share.
