Xinjiang Daqo New Energy Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:688303) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 400 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of CNY 50 per share.
The company expects to fund the repurchases out of its own funds, and plans to use the repurchased shares for its share incentive plans subject to relevant regulatory requirements. The program is effective until August 22, 2024.
