XSpring Capital Plc. increased its authorized share capital by issued new ordinary shares and warrant to purchase ordinary shares XPG-W4 amount of Baht 8,193,797,075 during the year 2021 - June 30, 2022. The details are as follow:-
The capital increased under a private placement basis 1,035,338,000 ordinary shares at a definitive offering price of Baht 4.10 per share with the aggregate value of Baht 4,244,885,800.
The capital increased to existing shareholders of the Company in proportion to their shareholding (Rights Offering) 5,731,340,148 ordinary shares at a par value of Baht 0.50 per share with the aggregate value of Baht 2,865,670,071.
The warrants to purchase ordinary shares XPG-W4 of Baht 1,083,241,204.
