Shanghai Graman International Fire Equipment Co., Ltd. announced that it has raised CNY 42,000,000 in funding from exiting investor, Xuzhou Handler Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. on January 25, 2013. The investor holds 100% stake in the transaction. The investor approved the transaction in its 1st shareholders' meeting for 2013. The company's registered capital increased from CNY 59,000,000 to CNY 101,000,000. Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd. acted as sponsor to the company.
