Shenzhen Nahum-Eli Optical Technology Inc. announced that it will receive CNY 65,000,000 equity round of funding on November 16, 2023. The transaction include the participation from new investors Jiaxing Ruhong Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise for CNY 35,000,000, of which CNY 1,396,673 will go towards registered capital and CNY 33,603,327 will go towards capital surplus and Yangling Metron New Material Inc. for CNY 30,000,000, of which CNY 1,197,148 will go towards registered capital and CNY 28,802,852 will go towards capital surplus. The company's registered capital is increased from CNY 17,957,219 to CNY 20,551,040.

The transaction does not need to be submitted to the company's board of directors and shareholders' meeting.
