Yantai Shuangta Food Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002481) agreed to acquire remaining 20% stake in Yantai Zhengwei Import & Export Co., Ltd. from Song Jie for CNY 0.13 million on December 27, 2016. Post acquisition, Yantai Zhengwei Import & Export Co., Ltd. will be the wholly-owned subsidiary of Yantai Shuangta Food Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002481). As of December 27, 2016, Board of Yantai Shuangta Food Co.,Ltd. approved the transaction and does not need the shareholders' approval.
