Certain Class A Non-Voting Shares of Yatra Online, Inc. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 17-SEP-2020. These Class A Non-Voting Shares will be under lockup for 91 days starting from 18-JUN-2020 to 17-SEP-2020.

The company and the directors and executive officers have agreed with the underwriters to certain lock-up restrictions in respect of our ordinary shares during the period ending 90 days after the date of the prospectus supplement.
