Yem Chio Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 3,556.846 million compared to TWD 4,202.969 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 250.843 million compared to TWD 107.282 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1,051.834 million compared to TWD 3.942 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2 compared to TWD 0.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.88 compared to TWD 0.01 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 9,964.678 million compared to TWD 12,133.038 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 524.623 million compared to TWD 149.335 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1,212.052 million compared to TWD 41.065 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.27 compared to TWD 0.08 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 2.17 compared to TWD 0.08 a year ago.
YEM CHIO CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, development, processing and distribution of thin films, adhesive tapes and packaging materials, as well as real estate business and the trading of computer products. The Company offers adhesive tapes, including biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) tapes, stationery tapes, double-sided tapes, protection tapes and foam tapes; plastic and packaging materials, including plastic bags and strapping bands, as well as various thin films.
