Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A015360) acquired the remaining 30.2% stake in Daehan GM Corporation for KRW 1.6 billion on October 8, 2019. Under the terms, Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd. acquired 0.23 million shares in Daehan GM Corporation at KRW 6989 per share.
Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A015360) completed the acquisition of the remaining 30.2% stake in Daehan GM Corporation on October 8, 2019.
