Mr. Macartney will continue to serve as a member the company's Board of Directors and Mike Pointer, who previously served in the capacity of Chief Operations Officer, will now serve as the company's Chief Scientist, and will be responsible for overseeing all prototyping and software development for the company. Mr. Macartney is a respected technology executive with over 30 years of industry experience. He previously served as the Chief Scientist for the web research business unit of Cengage Learning.
