YJN CO.,LTD. announced the suspension of operation of its Sub-subsidiary company, He Chang Future Technologies (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. The company has no practical benefits from continuing operations and the bank account was frozen, it was decided by the board of directors on February 21, 2024 to cease operations.
YJN Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and trading of transformer wire frames. The Company provides surface mount device (SMD) transformer wire frames, plastic and bakelite type transformer wire frames and engineered products. The Company's transformer wire racks are mainly used for transformer applications and inverters in notebook computers, inverters in liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors, digital cameras, scanners and communication equipment, power supplies devices, cathode ray tube (CRT) monitors, power converters, mobile phone chargers and consumer appliances. The Company mainly distributes its products in Mainland China.
