UPDATES ON SHAREHOLDERS' TRIP

Singapore, 16 September 2020 - Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. ("Yoma Strategic" or the "Company") refers to the press release announced on 13 February 2020. The Company has decided to cancel its 6th shareholders' trip due to travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 outbreak. The trip was planned on 30 September 2020 to 02 October 2020 (Wednesday - Friday). We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
