Beijing Yonyou Enterprise Management Research Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 44.6153% stake in Shenzhen Qianhai UFIDA Financial Services Co., Ltd. from Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600588) for approximately CNY 190 million on July 16, 2021. Within five (5) days from the date of signing of this agreement, the Beijing Yonyou Enterprise Management Research Co., Ltd. shall pay 51% of the equity transfer price to the Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd., which is CNY 94.766199 million within ninety (90) days from the date when Youjin Holdings completes the industrial and commercial change for this equity transfer, the Beijing Yonyou Enterprise Management Research Co., Ltd. shall pay Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. the remaining 49% of the equity transfer price, which is CNY 91.049877 million. For the year ended on May 31, 2021, Shenzhen Qianhai UFIDA Financial Services Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 769.3781 million, Total owners’ equity of CNY 415.7751 million. The transaction has been approved by BOD of Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd.
Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. is specialized in the development and manufacturing of management software products. These products are used for enterprise resource planning, human resource management, office automation, customer relationship management, product lifecycle management, etc. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- services (69.1%): maintenance, technical support, consulting, and training services;
- sale of licenses (29.6%);
- other (1.3%).
China accounts for 98.4% of net sales.
