Youngtimers Conducts Annual General Meeting, Strengthens Focus on M&A Business

Between Greater China and Europe

June 29, 2023, Basel, Switzerland - Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed investment holding firm (YTME: SWX) has conducted an annual shareholders meeting ("AGM") today that unanimously approved company's accounts, re-elected the existing board of directors and added Andy Liu, a seasoned Zurich based investment professional, to its board in the capacity of Vice Chairman.
