A group of buyer acquired a 11.08% stake in Paratech Company Limited (KOSDAQ:A033540) from Base Hd Co.,Ltd. for KRW 14.3 billion on November 11, 2020. Under the term, Paratech 1rd Association, Jeong Gwang-won, Hyulim Robot Co., Ltd, Yulho Co., Ltd., Arintech Co., Ltd., Yeo, Haeng-soo, Kim, Gye-suk, Kim, Byung-soo , Park, Geun-ho, Kim, Kwang-soo, Lee, Yong-rae, Choi, Seok-cheol, Seo, Seok-min, Yang, Pil-seung, Lee, Jong-sik, Choi, Mi-sun, Kim, Hye-im and Oh, Chi-on will acquire 1.88 million shares of Paratech at the issuance price of KRW 7,600 per shares.
