YUNNAN TIANTENG CHEMICAL CO.,LTD announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 50,000,000 on October 27, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600096). As a result, the investor will continue to hold 100% stake in the company and the company's registered capital will increase from CNY 200,000,000 to CNY 250,000,000. The transaction was reviewed and approved at the 23rd meeting of the eighth directorate.

The Company operates its businesses through Chemical Fertilizer segment, Phosphate Mining and Dressing segment, Engineering Material segment and Commerce Trading and Logistic segment.
