As disclosed in "Notification Regarding The Japan Net Bank, Limited Becoming a Consolidated Subsidiary" on August 1, 2017, Yahoo Japan Corporation (hereinafter the "Company") has engaged in preparations for consolidating The Japan Net Bank, Limited. The Company hereby announces the consolidation of The Japan Net Bank, Limited as of today since practical procedures have been completed.
