- Authorised investment intermediary: Elana Trading AD
- Number of shares held by the prospective acquirer: 10,765,714 shares (96.876%)
- Number of shares, subject to the offer: Intention of 347,205 shares (3.124%) to be directly acquired
- Offered price per share: BGN 6.30
- According to Art. 157a (7) of the POSA, the transfer of shares and the payment of the price shall be made simultaneously within seven (7) business days from the publication date of the offer via the information agency X3news (www.x3news.com), namely 21 March 2024.
- The Financial Supervision Commission adopted a decision on 20 March 2024 not to issue a final ban on the tender offer publication.
