Chemicals firm Pulawy, a unit of the Azoty group, decided to resume melamine production at the Melamine II unit as of June 2 and will adust the production volume to the current supply/demand situation on an ongoing basis, the company said in a market filing. The Melamine II unit output capacities of 90 tons per day represent ca. one-third of the nominal output capacities of Pulawy's all melamine units, the company noted.

In May, Pulawy resumed production at the Melamine III unit, which had previously been halted due to the supply/demand situation on the European market.
