São Paulo, December 21, 2023 - Zenvia Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENV) ("Company") announces that the following resolutions set out in its Notice of Annual General Meeting dated December 21, 2023 were duly passed at its annual general meeting held on December 21, 2023:
