Zhejiang Chunhui Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300943) agreed to acquire 51% stake in New Era Technology Co.,Ltd from Zhu Shixin, Shanghai Changyang Investment Management Center, Zhu Shifeng and Zheng Yanqun on October 18, 2021. The deal is expected to close by March 31, 2022. The consideration for the transaction is CNY 35.7 million. The board of directors and shareholders accepted proposal of use if raised for financing the transaction.

(SZSE:300943) completed the acquisition of 51% stake in New Era Technology Co.,Ltd from Zhu Shixin, Shanghai Changyang Investment Management Center, Zhu Shifeng and Zheng Yanqun on March 16, 2023. The transfer registration procedures for the 601,000 unrestricted tradable shares transferred by Zhu Shifeng to Zhejiang Chunhui Intelligent Control have been completed on November 2, 2022.
