Shaoxing Shangyu Lükean Special Polyether Research Institute Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive an equity round of funding through capital increase November 22, 2022. The transaction will include participation from new investors Jiaxing Yagang Composite Materials Co., Ltd., Huangma Technology Co., Ltd. ,Wang Weisong, and Luo Xiaobin. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 1 million to CNY 8.4 million.
