Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co., Ltd. announced a cash dividend of RMB 2.5 (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders payable on July 10, 2020, on the basis of 3,241,825,060 shares after excluding the 11,506,800 shares in the repurchase account from the total issued shares on the record date confirmed in the announcement on implementing the profit distribution. Record date of July 9, 2020, Ex-dividend date of July 10, 2020.
