Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600352) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 1,000 million worth of its A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 13 per share. The purpose of the share repurchases is for employees stock ownership plans or equity incentive plan. The repurchased shares will be funded from company's own funds. The program is valid for 6 months.
On July 1, 2022, the company announced that it has adjusted its repurchase price from CNY 13 per share to CNY 12.75 per share.
