Wuhu Baifuyuan Food Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 201,603,800 in an equity round of funding on January 18, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Zhengzhou Qianweiyangchu Food Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved at
the 12th meeting of the third board of directors and the 11th meeting of the third board of supervisors of Zhengzhou Qianweiyangchu Food Co., Ltd. and the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2023. The additional registered capital amounts to CNY 200 million, and the remaining part will be included in the capital reserve. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital will increase from CNY 30 million to CNY 230 million.
Zhengzhou Qianweiyangchu Food Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of quick-frozen noodle products in the catering industry. The Company mainly provides customized and standardized quick-frozen noodle products. The Company's quick-frozen noodle products can be divided into four categories according to the processing method: fried, baked, steamed, dishes and others. Its products include fried dough sticks, sesame balls, egg tart skins, sweet potato balls, and cartoon buns. The Company mainly conducts business within the domestic market.
