Zhongzhu Healthcare Holding Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600568) agreed to acquire remaining 38.41% stake in Hengqin Zhongzhu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. from Zhang Yusa for approximately CNY 110 million on December 8, 2023. The transaction is approved by board of directors of Zhongzhu Healthcare Holding Co.,Ltd. As of September 30, 2023, Hengqin Zhongzhu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. generated net assets of CNY 297.6 million. The transaction is approved by shareholders of Zhongzhu Healthcare Holding Co.,Ltd. On March 28, 2024, China Securities Depository and Clearing Company Limited stated that Zhongzhu Healthcare Holding Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600568) issued 100 million shares.
