Zhejiang CosMX Battery Co., Ltd. company announced the private placement of transaction has been approved by the 6th Meeting of the Company’s 2nd Directorate on June 11, 2023. The company still subject to Shareholders’ Approval.
On June 12, 2023, the company announced that it will receive not more than CNY 1,180,000,000 in an equity round of funding. Prior to this transaction, Zhuhai CosMX Battery Co., Ltd. acquire 81.58% stake, Zhuhai Guanqi Investment Partnership Enterprise acquire 9% stake, Zhuhai Guanli Investment Partnership Enterprise acquire 3.88% stake, Zhuhai Guanxu Investment Partnership Enterprise acquire 3.46% stake, Zhuhai Guantai Investment Partnership Enterprise acquire 1.52% stake and Zhuhai Chaoyu Investment Partnership Enterprise acquire 0.57% stake. Post to this transaction, Zhuhai CosMX Battery Co., Ltd. acquire 73.11% stake, Zhuhai Chaoyu No. 2 Investment Partnership Enterprise acquire 0.65% stake, Zhuhai Guanli No. 2 Investment Partnership Enterprise acquire 0.32% stake, Haiyan Yunhao Zhenxuan Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise acquire 4.84% stake, Hangzhou Yunming Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise acquire 1.65% stake, Zhuhai Hengqin Huajinxing New Technology Industry Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise acquire 5.81% stake, Anqing Huijia Taisheng Venture Capital Fund Partnership Enterprise acquire 1.61% stake and Hangzhou Hao’ai Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise acquire 0.61% stake.
