ZIGExN Co., Ltd. (TSE:3679) agreed to acquire Intercapital Securities, Inc from Yoshikazu Hamaie for ¥58 million on February 13, 2014. ZIGExN Co., Ltd. is acquiring 8200 shares of Intercapital Securities, Inc. For the period ending March 31, 2013, Intercapital Securities, Inc reported total assets of CNY 131 million, net assets of CNY 128 million, sales of CNY 19 million, operating loss of CNY 41 million and net loss of CNY 41 million. The transaction is expected to close by March 31, 2014.
