Zintel Group Limited provides a range of telecommunication solutions to companies across New Zealand. The Company's segments include Zintel Cogent and Commit Services. Zintel Cogent provides telecommunications solutions, including business phone systems and software applications, contact centre solutions, and voice services, including tolls and toll free calls. Commit Services provide consultancy, network infrastructure design, implementation and structured cabling solutions. On September 2, 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest of Commit Services Limited. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, it ceased Zintel Payments, which was an importer and distributor of electronic funds transfer at point of sale (EFTPOS) terminals. On February 29, 2012, the Company sold the subsidiary Zintel Communications Pty Limited, which was a communications solution provider of telephony services ranging from access and tolls, audio conferencing, broadband, mobile to data and Internet protocol.
