Zoommed Inc. announced the signature of a $1 million software development agreement and the creation of a partnership with Sharpe Medical Consulting to bring together their resources to build and commercialize, throughout North America, an EMR (Electronic Medical Record) for all behavioral health providers. This EMR will deliver a simplified way to incorporate cross cutting and severity measures, DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) criteria, psychiatric practice guideline-based clinical decision support and patient education material at the point of care. It will be a modular product built around a clinical note-writer application. This note-writer module will include a comprehensive patient summary, a robust reports section and a clinical library.
