Wren House Infrastructure LP entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire a 12.34% stake in Zorlu Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.S. from Zorlu Holding A.S. for $38 million.

Wren House Infrastructure LP entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire a 12.34% stake in Zorlu Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.S. (IBSE:ZOREN) from Zorlu Holding A.S. for $38 million on September 26, 2022. In a related transaction, Wren House Infrastructure LP entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire ZES N.V. for $50 million on September 26, 2022. The transaction is subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent and expected to close within six months from the signing date of this agreement.
