Rusatcom Additive Technlogies LLC entered into a term sheet to acquire an unknown stake in Zortrax SA from Marcin Olchanowski, Rafal Tomasiak and Mariusz Babula.

Rusatcom Additive Technlogies LLC entered into a term sheet to acquire an unknown stake in Zortrax SA (WSE:ZRX) from Marcin Olchanowski, Rafal Tomasiak and Mariusz Babula on July 19, 2021. Pursuant to the terms of the transaction, Rusatcom Additive Technlogies LLC will acquire around 13.8 million shares in Zortrax SA. In a related transaction, Rusatcom Additive Technlogies LLC would also acquire 88 million shares in Zortrax SA.

As a result of both these transactions, Rusatcom Additive Technlogies LLC will not more than 50% stake in Zortrax SA. The combined deal value of these transactions would be around$65 million. The final terms of the transaction will require the corporate approvals of the entities controlling Rusatcom Additive Technlogies LLC and Zortrax SA's bodies.

The intention of Rusatcom Additive Technlogies LLC and Zortrax SA is to close the transaction by December 31, 2021.
