Subject: Selection of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.

Content:

The Management Board of ZUE S.A. with registered office in Cracow (the "Company") inform that they learnt on 28 May 2018 about the selection on the same date byPoznańskie Inwestycje Miejskie Sp. z o.o. (the "Contracting Authority")of the tender submitted by the Company as the most economically advantageous offer in the tender procedure for thePoznań project named: "Reconstruction of the tramway fromLecha estate toŻegrze roundabout (section II)."

The Company informed about the submission of the most economically advantageous tender in the current report 10/2018 of 8 May 2018.

Contracting Authority:Poznańskie Inwestycje Miejskie Sp. z o.o.

Net value of the tender submitted by the Company: PLN 82.6m.

Gross value of the tender submitted by the Company: PLN 101.5m.

Project completion date according to the tender: 14 months.

Tender evaluation criteria:

• 1) Price-60%;

• 2) Term of warranty-34%;

• 3) Shorter completion dates-2%;

• 4) Experience of site manager-2%; and

• 5) Payments to subcontractors-2%.

After all evaluation criteria have been considered, the tender submitted by the Company is deemed the most economically advantageous offer.

The Company will inform about further major stages of the tender procedure, including the contract conclusion, in a relevant current report.
