Wanmashi Sports Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Tianjin Lopsking Construction Technology Co., Ltd. from ZYF Lopsking Aluminum Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002333) for CNY 39.9 million on December 12, 2023. The consideration consists of CNY 39.88 million in cash. As part of the consideration, CNY 39.88 million was paid towards common equity. Tianjin Lopsking Construction reported total assets of CNY 34.9 million and net assets of CNY 34.9 million as on November 30, 2023. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of ZYF Lopsking Aluminum Co., Ltd.
