Publication of Class 1 Circular and Notice of EGM

Further to the announcement dated 21 November 2018, Aminex PLC ("Aminex" or the "Company") is today publishing a circular (the "Circular") in relation to the proposed farm-out of a 50% interest in the Ruvuma PSA to The Zubair Corporation LLC (the "Farm-Out").

The Circular gives further details of the Farm-Out and contains a notice of the extraordinary general meeting of the Company to approve the Farm-Out (the "EGM"). The EGM will be held at Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP, Condor House, 10 St. Paul's Churchyard, London, EC4M 8AL, United Kingdom at 12.30 p.m. on 4 January 2019. The Company has elected to hold the EGM in the new year so as to not inconvenience shareholders during the festive period.

The Circular will be available for inspection in electronic form on the Company's website,www.aminex-plc.com and will be submitted to the national storage mechanism and will be available for inspection at:www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsmand to the Company Announcements Office, Euronext Dublin, 28 Anglesea Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
