CHANGE OF DATE OF FINAL DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Reference is made to (1) the 2018 final results announcement of Binhai Investment Company Limited (the "Company") dated 15 March 2019, (2) the closures of register of members announcement of the Company dated 8 April 2019 relating to, among others, the expected payment date of the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2018 and (3) the poll results announcement of the annual general meeting of the Company dated 10 May 2019. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in and the aforesaid announcements of the Company unless otherwise defined in this announcement.

The Board recommended a final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2018 of HK$0.045 per ordinary share of the Company. The Final Dividend was approved at the AGM held on 10 May 2019 and was expected to be paid on 28 June 2019.

The Board hereby announces that the expected date of payment of the Final Dividend is changed from 28 June 2019 to 26 June 2019.

Save as disclosed above, all other information in relation to the payment of the Final Dividend as mentioned in the aforesaid announcements shall remain unchanged.
