Carrefour Comércio e Indústria has acquired 100% of e-Mídia, a foodtech company focused on digital content that operates the websites Cyber Cook, Vila Mulher and Mais Equilíbrio.

The Brazilian e-Midia portal brings together more than 100 000 recipes to 2,4 million visitors a month. Carrefour Comércio e Indústria (CCI) has just acquired this foodtech company that operates the websites Cyber Cook, Vila Mulher and Mais Equilíbrio. An engaged audience for sharing experiences.

The acquisition aims to integrate Cyber Cook's content to allow, among other initiatives, the option to buy food products on Carrefour Brazil's e-commerce website directly from the recipes available, thus enhancing traffic and our customers' shopping experience.
