EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that its subsidiary Companhia Hidro Elétrica do São Francisco ("Chesf") concluded on January 15, 2020, the energization of the Pindaí I, II and III Wind Complex wind turbines.

The Pindaí I, II and III Wind Complexes, located in Bahia, are comprised of 11 (eleven) special purpose companies created from the Reserve Energy Auction (5th LER), Auction 09 (A-3) and the Aneel Auction 10 (A-5) held by ANEEL in 2013, seeking to find new wind power generation projects.

They are composed of 55 wind turbines, of which 35 are in commercial operation and 20 in test operation. The completion of this venture represents an increase of 110MW of Chesf's installed capacity, corresponding to an annual revenue of R$ 70.7 million.
