Update on publication of results

Postponed analyst and investor conference call

DP Eurasia (DPEU.L), the master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, announces that itspreliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2019, due to be published tomorrow, Wednesday 25 March 2020, will no longer be published, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)'s recent guidelines. Upon consultation with its advisors and the FCA, the Company will instead publish its final results for the year alongside its Annual Report and Accounts (ARA) at 7am on Friday 27 March 2020.

Please note that the conference call for investors and analysts due to take place at 9.30am tomorrow has been postponed until following the publication of the Group's final results and Annual Report.

A conference call for investors and analysts will therefore be held at 9.30am on the morning of Friday 27 March 2020. The call will be accessible via the details below, and will be accompanied by a slide deck, which can be accessed atwww.dpeurasia.com.
